MiTi Expo and Race Day Presence

The Michigan Titanium Expo is a great place to meet the athletes and their families. The Expo is incorporated with packet pickup. Every athlete is required to pick up their packet in person and therefore is also at the expo.

An Expo space is included in most sponsorship levels and a tent on race day. However, you still must reserve a spot so we are sure to have space for you allocated. In order to reserve your space, please fill out the Expo Inquiry Form below so we know what equipment you’ll need from us that day and can answer any questions you may have.

Expo Details

Expo Location: Wolverine Worldwide Family YMCA, 6555 Jupiter Ave NE Belmont, MI 49306 Directions
Date: Saturday, August 17, 2019
Setup Time: 11:00 AM
Expo Hours: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

We supply at least one 8 foot table, but more can be available if you request them.

We encourage you to bring signage, staff, samples and other giveaways! You are welcome to distribute or sell product during the expo and on race day at your booth.

Race Day Tent

We supply a 10×10 tent (if requested) with a table and chairs, or you are welcome to set up your own tent. You must be a sponsor or have approval from race management to set up a tent on race day in this area.

Setup hours: (transition area opens at 5:00 AM and athletes will start arriving at this time)

The race ends at MIDNIGHT

Expo tents are located in the Chase Bank parking lot at 5380 Northland Dr. NE, Grand Rapids Directions
